Scan Data Visualizer V1

A volumetric visualizer for CT/MRI scan data. This uses shader and geometry node setups to stack flipbook images of scan data into 3D volumes.

There are two setups for this effect that give different results.

The shader version is contained in a material, which makes recoloring and booleans easy to do.

The geometry node version uses a modifier, which allows for a mesh to be created, keep in mind high voxel resolutions can lead to lag.

Flipbook images can be created with an included Blender file. Simply import your images as planes into the proper collection, and use the modifier on the main object to adjust the settings so all the images fit in the grid.
